Terms of sale
The apartment is booked for the client for 2000 €. After booking the apartment, the customer will be able to select the interior design package from the given options and then, in co-operation with the seller, the documents necessary for concluding a contract under the law of obligations are prepared. If the customer does not provide the information required for drawing up the contract under the law of obligations, the seller has the right to unilaterally cancel the booking.
Contract under the law of obligations (CLO)
Notarial contract under the law of obligations is concluded, which requires the payment of 15% of the purchase price. The contract is valid until the completion of the house and a real right contract being entered into. All sales conditions are agreed upon before concluding a contract under the law of obligations.
Real right contract (RRC)
Notarial real right contract is concluded, the buyer shall pay the remaining part of the purchase price and will receive the finished apartment ownership.
20% discount from the price available on the valid price list for ordering an expert assessment of the apartment being purchased
10% discount from the price available on the valid price list for ordering an expert assessment of the apartment being purchased as an additional guarantee
The price of the apartment includes
– interior finishing according to the selected package;
– connection fee to the electricity grid;
– connection fee for water supply and sewerage;
– connection fee for central heating.
The price does not include
– notary fee and state fee related to concluding a sales contract
(paid by the buyer);
– connection to phone, data and cable television network;
– storage room;
– parking space in the yard;
– kitchen appliances.
